This class is designed to help equip general education teachers and inclusion teachers with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively use Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to implement accommodations for students with disabilities. Participants will learn how to interpret and implement the accommodations. We will also discuss the general education teachers role in the ARD process.
In this session, educators will deepen their understanding of modified curriculum and engage in strategic planning to meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities. Participants will explore how to effectively use instructional resources, student profiles, and IEPs to design purposeful, individualized instruction. Through collaborative planning and real-world application, teachers will leave equipped with practical strategies to support student success in a variety of instructional settings.
