About me
I love to spend time with my family, run my dogs in Field Trials, travel, and read:)
My husband and I moved to Prosper in 2017, and I was fortunate to join Prosper ISD in 2020. After many years of wondering what I wanted to do with my life, and raising two wonderful sons, I received my Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Dallas in Business Administration in 2008, and began my teaching career in 2009. After teaching for a couple of years I decided it was time to extend my education and earned my Masters in Education from Southern Methodist University. I taught High School Social Studies as a Special Education Teacher, and a General Education teacher (10 years total.) I made the switch to 6th grade in 2019 and began teaching English language arts and reading. I truly love helping my students learn to love to read, and I have found my passion with Middle School. I am blessed to be a part of Prosper ISD and cherish my time with my students and coworkers.
